Grammys Red Carpet 2024: Best Arrival Photos, Dresses, Outfits

Music’s Biggest Night had many memorable fashion moments.

The Grammys might be officially known as “Music’s Biggest Night,” but if you ask us, they’re just as significant for the eye-popping ensembles sported by our favorite stars. Year after year, we look forward to the red carpet, where celebs tend to don attention-grabbing silhouettes and work it. This year’s fashion featured lots of daring necklines, glitzy sparkles, and cleverly placed cut-outs, and we loved every minute of it.

As they have for many years, the 2024 Grammys took place in downtown Los Angeles at Crypto.com Arena. It was a historic occasion, with women outpacing men in the top categories, Taylor Swift winning Album of the Year award for a record four times, and a whopping 12 nominations for the Barbie movie soundtrack. (Talk about girl power.) Plus there were a slew of memorable performances, including one from Joni Mitchell — who wasn’t nominated for an award but showed up and made a lasting impact nonetheless.

The evening was somewhat tarnished by an unfortunate incident involving the rapper Killer Mike, who took home three statues. According to the LA police department, the artist, whose legal name is Michael Render, was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge, and escorted out of the arena by officers. The charge was apparently unrelated to the night’s events.

“For all the people out there that think you get too old to rap, b******t,” he said during his acceptance speech at the pre-televised ceremony. Mike won for Best Rap Album for Michael, Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song for his single Scientists and Engineers.
