Eight Activities to Try This Easter Weekend

Nothing says Easter like painting eggs. If you’d rather avoid having a carton full of beautifully decorated hard boiled eggs slowly rotting on your kitchen counter, then we suggest this Egg Painting Party Kit. If you usually go to an Easter church service but are unable to attend in person this year, some of the biggest and most beautiful churches in the world are offering virtual services. Pope Francis will celebrate Easter Mass on Sunday at 11 a.m. in Rome, 5 a.m. EST. If that’s a little early for you, the gorgeous Saint Patrick’s Church in New York City will stream Mass at 10:15 EST.

A little healthy competition might be exactly what the doctor ordered this weekend. Kan Jam, Ladder Toss, and Spikeball are all games that are easy to set up in any reasonably sized backyard or park. These lawn games are not difficult for beginners age 12 and older to pick up quickly. Kan Jam and Spikeball in particular will get you quite a bit of exercise if you’re looking to work off some of that Easter brunch!

Like a red and green set of nails at Christmas, a pastel mani for Easter can make the day feel all the more special.
