The Duchess of Sussex is inviting audiences in for an intimate, personal, and inspirational look at how she curates beauty and happiness in her day-to-day life, and we’ve got our first sneak peek.

Meghan Markle shared the trailer on Thursday for With Love, Meghan, her brand-new Netflix series that’s slated to premiere Jan. 15. Set to the sounds of “Do You Believe in Magic” by The Lovin’ Spoonful, the preview follows Markle as she cooks in the kitchen, shares a toast with friends, works in the garden, and spends quality time with her dog, an adorable Beagle named Guy.

Here’s the official description of what exactly we can expect from With Love, Meghan: “This inspiring series, produced by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming, blending practical how-to’s and candid conversation with friends, new and old. Meghan shares personal tips and tricks, embracing playfulness over perfection and highlights how easy it can be to create beauty, even in the unexpected. She and her guests roll up their sleeves in the kitchen, the garden, and beyond, and invite you to do the same.”

Speaking of those guests, some of the pals Markle welcomes to the series will be familiar faces. The trailer reveals stars including Mindy Kaling, Abigail Spencer, and, not surprisingly, Markle’s husband Prince Harry. Directed by Michael Steed, who worked on Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown, Markle’s show will include eight half-hour episodes. Get your first look at the fun right here:

This is, of course, not Markle’s first project to hit Netflix. In 2022, she and her husband shared Harry & Meghan, a revealing docuseries about their love story and the controversies surrounding their relationships with the rest of the royal family. (If you missed it — or have forgotten the highlights — we’ve got a breakdown of the juiciest revelations from the series.) They also executive produced the docuseries Polo, which premiered in December 2024 but failed to garner the same worldwide interest as Harry & Meghan, which became Netflix’s most-viewed documentary ever.

The announcement of With Love, Meghan came one day after she made a surprise return to Instagram with a new handle, @meghan. The Duchess has had a famously rocky relationship with social media, including what she has described as severe bullying.

She’s been without a public Instagram profile for several years after a game of account-hopping: She and Harry originally participated in the @KensingtonRoyal page, which also included Harry’s brother, Prince William, and his wife, Kate Middleton. But Meghan and Harry later launched their own separate account, @SussexRoyal, which was seen as a step toward their independence amid increasing tension between Harry and William (along with the rest of the family). The @SussexRoyal account was discontinued in March 2020, with a message from Harry and Meghan that read, in part, “While you may not see us here, the work continues. Thank you to this community – for the support, the inspiration and the shared commitment to the good in the world. We look forward to reconnecting with you soon. You’ve been great!”

Markle confided to The Cut in 2022 that she was plotting a return to Instagram, and now she’s made her comeback official. Her very first post, which you can see below, is a video of Markle running along the beach and chuckling while writing “2025” in the sand with her finger. (A close read of the video from PEOPLE points out that Markle appears to have written that “2025” in the sand nearby at least one other time, clearly wanting to get the look perfect for her big debut.)
