K.C. Undercover

Before Zendaya was blowing us away in the halls of the Euphoria high school and on the Challengers court, she was high school student K.C. Cooper on the Disney Channel. Don’t worry, it’s the complete opposite of Euphoria. K.C. goes undercover as the government’s newest secret agent with her spy family by her side. She’s juggling covert operations and homework assignments. Kids will be blown away by the missions, while you’ll be reminded of Zendaya’s immense talent.

Utopia Falls

This science fiction series debuted in 2019 and stars Robyn Alomar, Akiel Julien, and Snoop Dogg. The plot centers around a group of teens in the far-off future who discover an ancient archive of musical, cultural, and historical footage that’s supposed to be off-limits. With a ton of music and dancing, there’s never a dull moment for parents either.

The Croods: Family Tree

After the success of The Croods movies, anyone with a child was thrilled when this series came out. The computer-animated adventure comedy series is a veritable treat for kiddos. In the show, two very different families join forces to create a new community: an us-against-the-world, cave-person co-op. Prehistoric hilarity ensues.

The Hardy Boys

If the kids didn’t catch this one when it came to Hulu last November, now’s the time to catch up on this captivating series that revolves around Frank Hardy and his younger brother Joe who move in with their Aunt Trudy following a family tragedy. When the brothers learn of their detective father’s secret investigation, the duo take matters into their own hands to solve a mystery that keeps getting more and more intriguing.

The Bravest Knight

This 2019 series starring T.R. Knight, Bobby Moynihan, Storm Reid, RuPaul, and Christine Baranski, is an animated series that zooms in on the life of an industrious pumpkin farmer on a journey to become the greatest knight who ever lived. He’s wed to the prince of his dreams, has an energetic adopted daughter named Nia, and along with his best friend Grunt, a troll, they find themselves in quite the series of predicaments among witches, giants, sea monsters, and more. 

DC League of Super-Pets

You don’t have to be a DC geek to fall in love with this heartwarming tale of the unsung heroes behind the superhuman stars: their furry sidekicks. The Rock, Kevin Hart, Kate McKinnon, and others voice adorable animals who help superheroes like Batman save the world. Warning: Your kid will have an even stronger argument to get a pet after watching this. And you will, too.

Trolls: TrollsTopia

There are seven seasons of this hit series — which translates to many hours of entertainment. Expect scavenger hunts, hide-and-seek, piñata fun, and much more in the latest round of happenings with the Trolls crew. Friendly reminder: Be prepared to dance. 

Madagascar: A Little Wild

Seven seasons not enough for you? Madagascar: A Little Wild brings you one better with eight seasons full of hilarity and hijinks, like Alex the Lion on a mission to ride the Coney Island rollercoaster and Alex heading to Hollywood. The computer-generated musical comedy also heads to the Central Park Zoo, underwater, and to the annual Animal Pride Parade.

Harvie & The Magic Museum 

This 2021 animated film follows Harvie’s journey as the scheming young boy (played by Wilson Davis) strives to make it into the Hall of Fame for his most cherished computer game. Things really get going when he and his best friend (played by Sarah Natochenny) find themselves surrounded by enchanted puppies at the museum. After that, Harvie shifts gears to become the best puppet master in the world and plenty of drama begins when the previous puppet champ, Bastor (played by H.D. Quinn), is brought back to life.
