Must-Watch Movies and Shows Leaving Netflix in March 2026

A League of Their Own (Leaving 3/1/26)

If you haven't seen this 1992 historical sports comedy in a while, it's time to fire up your TV. Madonna, Rosie O'Donnell, and Geena Davis star as the scrappy players of an all-women's baseball team that's filling an entertainment void while male athletes are serving in WWII. You also can't miss their reluctant coach (Tom Hanks) who eventually sheds his grumpiness to reveal a heart of gold.

Forrest Gump (Leaving 3/5/26)

Speaking of Hanks, his award-winning film Forrest Gump is also leaving the platform this month. This epic comedy-drama spans decades of American history as Gump bumbles his way through everything from the Vietnam War to shrimp boating, all while pining for his true love.

Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret (Leaving 3/11/26)

Based on the Judy Blume novel of the same name, Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret focuses on an 11-year-old who moves to a new town and begins to contemplate life, friendship, and adolescence. Rachel McAdams stars as Margaret's well-intentioned mother.

The Hurt Locker (Leaving 3/31/26)

This 2009 war film follows an Iraq War bomb disposal team who are targeted by insurgents and shows their psychological reactions to the stress of combat. Kathryn Bigelow received an Oscar for Best Director for her work on the film, becoming the first woman to win the award.
