We watched the whole show so you didn’t have to.

If you’re an entertainment buff, or just a fan of formal attire, it’s your favorite time of year: awards season. The Golden Globe Awards was the first major show of 2024, and as always, it was a grand display of glamour and an over-the-top celebration of talent. While the Golden Globes aren’t necessarily a predictor of who the rest of the season’s trophies will be handed out to, they certainly set a tone for the season. This year that means the Barbie, Oppenheimer, and Saltburn jokes aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.

The Globes are known to be the most entertaining ceremony of the season, and the celebs seem to have the most fun at this event. Thankfully, this year was no different. The festivities included some historic moments, awkward jokes, and Kevin Costner quoting Barbie. What more could you want?

While it’s certainly a fun watch, the length and repetitive nature of these circuses can be a deterrence to some. If you aren’t the type to tune into the pageantry or couldn’t stay awake past the red carpet, we see you. And we’re here to keep you informed with the list of 2024 Golden Globes winners.
