California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, provides you the right to request:
Access Specific Pieces of Your Personal Information. You have the right to request access to specific pieces of information about you.
Deletion. You have the right to request deletion of your personal information that we have about you.
Categories of Personal Information about you. You have the right to request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect about you, the purposes for which we collect, or disclose that information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share the information.
Correction. You have the right to request the correction of the personal information we have about you.
Right to Limit Sensitive Personal Information. You have the right to request that we limit the use of your sensitive information. We typically collect sensitive information only regarding applicants.
Right to Opt Out of Sharing and Selling of Personal Information. You have the right to opt out of any sharing or selling of Personal Information.
Right to Opt out of Cross-Contextual and Ad Targeting. You have the right to opt out of any cross-contextual advertising or ad targeting as defined under applicable laws.
California Shine the Light Law. California’s Shine the Light law allows California residents who are our customers to request certain information about our disclosure of your personal information for direct marketing purposes during the immediate preceding calendar year or to opt out from those disclosures.

We share personal information about you with service providers and third parties for business purposes, such as operational purposes and other purposes related to providing you with the products and services on the Site. We provide more information about the business purposes for which we disclose personal information in the “How We May Disclose, Share or Sell Your Information” section of our Privacy Notice.
Submitting a CCPA Request
You can make these requests by emailing us at privacy@katiecouric.com, completing this DSR form online or by sending us a hard copy of this form by mail to Attn: Privacy Request, Katie Couric Media 75 Varick Street, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10013.
We may deny certain requests, or fulfill a request only in part, based on our legal rights and obligations. For example, we may retain personal information as permitted by law, such as for employment, tax or other record keeping purposes, and to facilitate customer requests.
We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to responding to your requests. The verification steps will vary depending on the sensitivity of the personal information subject to the request. At all times we will request the minimum information necessary.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf. When submitting the request, please ensure the authorized agent is identified as an authorized agent and we will confirm that the agent will be acting on your behalf.
