This month marks 100 years since the 19th Amendment’s passage. For #seeherstory, we’re highlighting the life of Alice Paul — a famous suffragette. Born in 1885, Alice attended suffrage meetings with her mother from a young age. She organized the National Women’s Party — and held protests at the White House. When women finally received the right to vote, Paul dedicated her life to the Equal Rights Amendment, which has yet to be ratified by all states.
