I chatted with Supreme Court lawyer and former U.S. Acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal on impeachment, the 14th amendment and 25th amendment. We discussed which option would be the fastest or the most practical. “I think the case for impeaching and disqualifying Trump from future office holding it is not that this guy could win in 2024,” Katyal said. “It’s really like what are our most basic values? Is this someone who should be entitled to run for office or should we make that statement that people like this are off the table from ever running.”
