About Little Words Project
After experiencing bullying as a kid, Adriana Carrig decided to focus on embracing and sharing positivity. She started making bracelets featuring supportive words and slogans for her sorority sisters, and continued building on that foundation after graduation; Carrig set up shop in her parents’ basement and got to work on growing Little Words Project into the community it is today. Each bracelet comes with a code on its charm that you can use to register your word or phrase and share what it means to you. Then, if you decide to pass your bracelet on to another loved one, you can trace its journey and the impact it has on others.

Why we love them
Whether you prefer a chunky, colorful bracelet or something a little more minimalistic, Little Words Project has a mood-boosting style and saying — or plenty of custom options. They capture the nostalgia of the old-school friendship bracelets of your youth, but with upscale details, like waterproof gold and high-quality beads that make them pretty and durable. KCM’s Ciara loves that her Grateful bracelet blends in with her other jewelry and serves as a reminder of everything she has to be happy about. We’re also fans of the See The Good and Breathe designs as simple, daily nudges to stay positive and calm. Buy one for yourself, gift one to a friend or family member, and share the love.
