About Doughp

How many times have you ignored the warning label on cookie dough and eaten it straight from the tube? Yeah, us too. Doughp (pronounced dope) is your new favorite cookie dough — one you can eat from the carton, fear- and guilt-free. After getting sober in 2015, founder and CEO Kelsey Moreira found her happy place in the kitchen. Her baking experiments led her to an egg substitute that made her uncooked cookie dough perfectly safe to eat. Besides making absurdly good dough you can eat raw or baked, Doughp is helping reduce the stigma around mental health and addiction recovery: A portion of each sale goes to SHE RECOVERS, a non-profit that empowers women seeking recovery. (The company also includes mental-health days in its employee benefits.)

About Doughp image

Why we love them

Doughp has taken the dessert world by storm, and trust us, it deserves the hype. KCM’s Lisa confirms there’s nothing quite like classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough; it’s a favorite in her house, both raw and baked into crisp cookies. If you want to mix it up, go all out with the Bestseller pack. It comes with Chocolate Chip, Cookies & Cream, Chocolate S’More, and Rainbow Sprinkle. No matter which flavor you choose, it’s easy to keep Doughp on hand: It’s safe at room temperature for two weeks, in the fridge for 45 days, or frozen for a year. And it’s even better for gifting. (Imagine how you’d feel if a box of cookie dough showed up on your doorstep, just begging to be eaten.) Send it to a friend to make any occasion, big or tiny, a little sweeter.
