Katie’s Pasta with Fresh Garden Tomatoes Recipe!

2 or 3 zucchinis
2 cloves of garlic
cherry tomatoes (as many as you’d like!)
salt & pepper
pasta of your choice
olive oil
Slice two or three zucchinis thinly in circles and chop two cloves of garlic. Sauté the zucchini and garlic in olive oil until soft. Take off stove. Mix as many cherry tomatoes as you’d like with the zucchini.
Cook pasta (any kind but I used linguine). Drain. Pour tomatoes and zucchini and garlic mixture over pasta. And a little more oil if you want, add Salt pepper to taste and some basil. Mix lightly and…voila!  I just wing it, but with so many fresh ingredients, it’s delicious! You can also do this with pesto which I might do for my in-laws on Friday night!
