The beach has always been my happy place — somewhere I can slow down, reconnect with friends and family, and escape the craziness of the city. That's what inspired the Beach-to-Bistro Collection: Alongside Walker & Wade — and my long-time friends Laurette and Molly — we designed a collection of fun summer dresses and separates that are perfect for lunch by the pool, a day at the beach, dining al fresco at a cafe, or entertaining at home. These are the pieces I'll be reaching for all summer long.
What makes this collection even more meaningful is that 20 percent of every purchase supports Stand Up To Cancer, an organization I co-founded that supports cancer research. It's a cause that's near and dear to my heart and a wonderful reminder that you can look good, feel good, and make a difference at the same time.
I'm excited to share the first wave of pieces with you today. This is the "Beach & In My Gardens" portion of the collection, and part two of the collection launches on July 15. It'll introduce some more-elevated "Bistro" styles — we'll be giving you more info on that soon!
