Two cups of blender green juice.

“When I’m craving a green juice, but I don’t want to pull out my juicer, I make this green blender juice,” writes culinary creator and blogger Emily Maxson in her cookbook, Real Food. Every Day. “It’s easy to make and requires less clean up than my juicer.” And given that finicky juicing equipment can be a bit pricey and — as mentioned — difficult to clean, we’re psyched to fold this easy, breezy method into our routine.

It helps that the juice itself is so delicious. To make it, you’ll grab some oranges (which contribute a zingy sweetness) and refreshing cucumber. Toss in some fiber-rich kale, spinach, and broccoli, then blend. The end result is two servings of a nutritious breakfast that’s easy to guzzle down. It’s a simple, vibrant way to start your day on a healthy note.
