If you’ve ever wished you could click your heels three times and find yourself seaside in Santorini — fork in hand, diving into a plate of grilled chicken draped in creamy tzatziki — you’re our kind of person. While teleporting to the Greek islands isn’t quite on the table (yet), this fresh, protein-packed twist on a classic dish might just be the next best thing.

Whipped up by Katie and her foodie friends, Comfort Food podcast host Kelly Rizzo and Lifeway Foods CEO Julie Smolyanksy, this recipe levels up the traditional Greek tzatziki sauce by swapping in Lifeway Kefir for the usual yogurt. The result? A tangier, more probiotic-rich take that brings extra digestive support, protein, and a whole lot of flavor to your plate.

Juicy grilled chicken gets marinated in kefir for extra tenderness, while the tzatziki is loaded with fresh dill, lemon, and crisp cucumber. It’s sunshine-in-a-bite comfort food…with benefits.
