The National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA), headquartered in New York City, is the leading U.S. non-profit organization supporting individuals and families affected by eating disorders. NEDA serves as a catalyst for prevention, cures and access to quality care. Each year, NEDA helps millions of people across the country find information and appropriate treatment resources through its toll-free, live helpline, its many outreach programs and website. A multidisciplinary professional organization that focuses on Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder and related disorders. Also sponsors a newsletter and a conference.

Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
Formerly the American Dietetic Association, offers information about eating disorders, including an extensive nutrition reading list and a professional directory that allows visitors to search for Dietitians  specializing in eating disorders

FA is an international fellowship of men and women who have experienced difficulties in life as a result of the way we eat. We make use of AA principles to gain freedom from addictive eating. There are no dues, fees or weigh-ins at FA meetings. In Her Image: Producing Womanhood in America

The NSVRC addresses causes and impacts of sexual violence through collaboration, prevention and distribution of resources.

National Eating Disorders Information Center
The National Eating Disorder Information Centre (NEDIC) is a non-profit organization founded in 1985 to provide information and resources on eating disorders and food and weight preoccupation. One of our main goals is to inform the public about eating disorders and related issues.
