A lot of the coverage we have seen about Hurricane Sandy has been focused on the widespread destruction. But one of the positive things that has come out of all of this is the stories of courage and heroism, during and after the storm. When NYU Medical Center lost power in the height of the storm, the nurses there sprung into action to save the lives of 20 premature babies stranded on the ninth floor.

The day after Hurricane Sandy hit the Northeast, a couple in Fort Lee, New Jersey found themselves in a very tough situation. There was no power in their area, trees were blocking roads and there was a curfew in place, but 34-year-old Abby Wellington was in labor. Abby and her husband Stephen shared their story and its very happy ending.
“I was really scared at that point. I knew the baby was coming.” -Abby Wellington
Today is decision day in America! It could be a really exciting night based on how close President Obama and Governor Romney are in the polls. So what should we be watching for as the results roll in? Nicolle Wallace, ABC News Political Analyst and a key advisor to the McCain-Palin campaign in 2008, joined Katie with a preview.
“We’re going to look at how women voted.” -Nicole Wallace
